For Inspiration Challenge 185: Bugaloo . . .

I chose these cute shoes HERE for my inspiration.

I wanted to keep the design simple like the shoes.

Verse is from Quiet Waters by Our Daily Bread designs. I used my Scor-Pal for the top and bottom scores on the base.
