Yes, it's my favorite day of the week if only for the Inspiration Challenge, but it's even better this week! YLM set another challenge to use the card on page 135 of the current SU catalog ... soon to be retired ... as an inspiration piece. So I combined the two. (I tried to link the image from the catalog, but that effort failed miserably ... sorry.)
So I took the colors from Bugaloo and added a deeper pink shade in dp. Kept a semblance of the layout from the SU catalog, used the new hostess set Asian Artistry for the dragonflies.
Colored the dragonflies with a silver gel pen and made the eyes green; although it doesn't show in the photograph. I also used raindrops on the left side, which doesn't show either.
Thanks to Stef and Cindy for the inspiration today! I didn't get to play for two full days last weekend and I've been suffering withdraw'ls ever since!
Thanks for looking and have a fantabulous weekend!

My, this is wonderful. Well, I always like dragonflies to start with, though I am very unadventurous and stick with blues and greens for them. They look great in the pink setting, and I love that folded out frame.
