another card for featured stamper today.. this is sumtoy's card
I kept the basic design and partial colors:
changed-the theme and image shape, left off border punches and added 3D pieces under image.
coloring is gamsol/prisma pencils and water coloring.
the seaweed is freehand cutting, I drew the starfish and cut out. add some sprays of silver cording for pizzaz and I think I am finished..
I made this card for a friends grandson that is a marine biologist.. she is always asking me to make fish and water cards for his birthdays... this is what I came up with today, no fish, but I think he will get a kick out of it!

What a cute card!! I absolutely love the seaweed and starfish and will definitely case it! I love your little "changito"~I've never seen that stamp before and it's so adorable with the swim mask!
