This is my card for this week's Unity Hip Hop Challenge -- which was to use Kraft on your project. I'm a Kraft addict, so I jumped on this one!!!
I masked about 1/4" all the way around my card front & then stamped the "quilt block" stamp from Unity's Folk Inspiration set over the entire piece. Then, using the same ink, I sponged the edges a bit. I took off the mask & then stitched around the border.
To make my butterfly, I stamped the same quilt block image onto a scrap of denim from my son's worn out jeans & then ran it through my Cuttlebug using a butterfly die from Spellbinders. I added a few Kaiser pearls to the center and popped the wings with dimensionals. The cute little journaling card is from October Afternoon. I stamped a swirl from the Folk set on it to give the butterfly some 'movement'.
