 | | Created to participate in smARTworks Tea Party Challenge #20 for June 17. Dina Kowal offered up a sketch to try. Both the top and bottom panels had horizontal lines. I decided to stamp the verse on the bottom, and drew lines under the words but not through any of the letters. I am quite pleased with the look of it! For the top lined panel I tried my hand at paper pleating to give the appearance of lines. Both the verse and the solid floral on the white background are from smARTworks' set Cookie Plate #1. I distressed the edges of the verse panel, and added w Prima flowers with a button center. |
