I made this card using this week's, Color Challenge, CC222. The guidelines for the challenge was to use ONLY WHITE and ONLY ONE LAYER!!!! Being a MULTI layered, embellishment sort of girl that I am, I have to admit this challenge was really difficult for me. I hope you like it. Thanks for looking! Hugs, Mona

You did an excellent job in your challenge! I like the not too many colors, not too crowded look. I am curious as to how you achieved the small leaves around the flowers? Would you mind sharing? Thank you! Nina

Hi Girls! Thanks for the kind words! For those of you asking, I dry embossed the leaves & polk a dots using a light box, SU brass template & embossing tool. For the flowers it is a two-step stamp. First, you stamp the flower, then stamp the outline with VersaMark ink, followed with embossing powder. I hope this helps. Thanks for looking! Hugs, Mona

Simply beautiful! I struggle over needing to add so many things to a card and it takes up so much time. This is a great example of how a little bit of the right things are all you need. They are wonderful. Thanks for the inspiration.

Beautiful - I've always loved this set... Your flower centres are great and the bit of embossing adds a wonderful bit of dimension. I too tend to be a multi-layers type of cardmaker!
