This sassy city chick is going to visit her country cousins. They are having a tea party in the barn.

There is some concern that there is chicken pox going around. No pigs allowed unless you go through the backdoor! I believe there is a pig in disguise as a chicken!
My card looks better IRL..all glittery.
Looking forward to trying some of MariLynn`s lemon muffins!

Hi Shirley, you brought a city chick! Complete with her cell and handbag. How cute. Love it, you even have the polkadots. I bet with all the dots, this is one of Cindy's favorite tea parties. And to answer your question, no, I did not draw my pig, but I am flattered you thought I was capable, it is actually a doodlebat font from scrapnfonts.com , info is in my card details.

It's very sweet Shirley, how I love the glitter too. I can imagine it, and you know I have a wild imagination at that! Great flower embellie. You did see that 4 legged chicken, isn't that odd huh! Better stay clear, or else this city chick will have alot of people on meds. Nice to see ya. TFS

- I nearly sent my PB chicken to the party - I have the French one with a glass of wine and some bread. Yours certainly does look like quite the town chick - but at least she didn't get lost finding her way out to the tea-party. Maybe she has GPS on her phone?

A city slicker chicken at a barn yard party.....yikes, I hope she's street smart and able to kick some country butt! Oh, I guess that wouldn't be very lady like and I probably shouldn't be an instigator.
Love your chick image and great background paper. Nicely done!

Cute card, are you sure she isn't calling more city slicker chickens for back up now that she has arrived at the rowdy, country barn, tea party?
OH, I see, she is ordering some country chicken attire. She seems to be liking this barn party, now.

Whit Whew! That is a whistle, you know...like construction workers do when a *hot chick* walks by? Snort! She is such a class act. I can see she is really good at texting, feathers and all. That might come in handy during a full blown quarantine! She just might be returning to the city with a gift from her cousins...in the form of spots! Yikes!
What a precious card and a city chick is just what we need to round out the crowd...a little mix of everything!
So happy you could come. I am so sorry I am late in getting here! I have been in Denver all day in a meeting and sorry to say, no access to a computer! Thanks for the fun Shirley! I love to see what you create each week! Thanks for the link too!

I think she is holding a pink BlackBerry! Too cool! Girl after my own heart! I think she is writing on all of her girlfriends blogs while she travels out to the country. She has Cindy covered, as Cindy didn't have computer access today!
