it's not chicken-pox and I want to PARTY.
Loved Cindy's pot and card today.
I do have a cute pig stamp. Day off tomorrow, so I might, time and weather permitting, come again and hang out at the back door.
Meantime - I designed some little chicken tags for an IC challenge a while back, and thought that not as a tag, it would be perfect for today. Also - we've got training on in work all this month, so today I came home with 14 legal size pads, all with black card for the back covers, LOL.
My base is black card, edged with white spots.
Red layer,
White layer -edges distressed and sponged with yellow, stamped with the grass from Inspired by Nature with Brilliance Thyme Green, and the Judikins chicken wire backgrounder with StazOn Grey. Can't see it in the photo, but the sky is lightly chalked with blue.
The chick is a quarter circle with a bit trimmed off. His comb is a big heart, his wattles are a little primitive heart. His tail is a big heart and two primitive hearts with a bit of foam at their ends. His wings are actually a heart shape too - this is one lovin' chick.
He's popped up on foam to make it clear that he's stuck inside that chicken run.
Thanks, Cindy. I didn't forget that chocolate Charlotte. The recipe says it serves twelve, but I've got to say we used to get at least 16 out of it, so it should stretch to the whole party.

What an adorable card! Its sad he's behind chicken wire though. Are you sure the ATF didn't put him in there? Or Marilynn's auditor, we have lots of government officials running around. Too early to tell if they are schnockered yet with spiked tea but we are working on that! Soon as we are back in control, you little chickie is home free!
I was hoping you wouldn't forget the Chocolate Charlotte! I know alot of tea partiers that would just love Charlotte! She must be something with 18 eggs in her! Giggle!
This card is just precious and so fitting for this teaparty! Way to make use of those training materials.... Now Sabrina, you were supposed to be thinking of training, not how can I make a card with a legal size pad! Snort....(honestly, I am glad you did!) Love having you here again!
