Today is a color challenge using: pinks/coral, kraft and one other color of our choice.
Well, I was challenged from the get go with only little scraps of Kraft. Hmmmmmmmmmm.... So that's what I went with- inchies. Each square is 1" that I used the corner rounder punch on all corners. I discovered that I could get a darker color on my Kraft squares by stamping with a VersaMark pad and sprinkling with clear embossing powder and using my heat tool. So I did 5 that way and left the others plain.
Then I rummaged through my button collection, pulling out all my pink. Then I tied each one with white DMC floss.
I decided to use a flourish in a pink just under the bottom squares and topped with this scrumptious ribbon from Clear Dollar Stamps: http://www.newcleardollarstamps.com/servlet/StoreFront. For the ribbon, I tied a bow by forming two loops and crossing them over and pulling then just pulled each end around to the back.

Oh, Lisa, this is sweet!! Look at all those adorable buttons!! Wow, mine are so boring. What a fun layout with all those squares. And that BOW is awesome!!! I've never tried tying the ribbon like that. The flourish on the bottom looks great. Super cute, Lisa!!
