It's teacher appreciation week around here and today my DS took in a rose for his teacher (each child was to bring a flower to create one huge bouquet for dear sweet Mrs. O'Malley). Wed. they are supposed to bring in a card, so I'm ahead of the game and got this stamped today for the CAS challenge-black, white and 1 bold bright. I used yo-yo yellow (almost chickened out and sub'd summer sun but stuck to the challenge). I stamped the flower three times and cut out layers to made it a dimensional rose. I water colored the edges to give a soft yellow color to it. www.mylittlecreativeescape.blogspot.com

This rose looks terrific on this large polka dotted paper.
