This is a birthday card for my brother-in-law. I made the pp using Tim Holtz Distress Inks (Spiced Marmalade and Broken China) on white cs. First, swipe the inks on a craft sheet, then spray the inks with water from a mini mister. Place the paper in the inks, lift and dry with a heat gun. You can place the paper in the inks several times, just dry after each time. I inked the edges with Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink. The music paper is torn, crumpled, swiped with Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink, misted with water, then set with a craft iron. The key is chipboard that I inked with Walnut Stain Distress Ink, misted with water, then pounded with the Tim Holtz Texture Hammer. The sentiment is stamped on chipboard that has been covered with Basic Grey paper. I also stamped a Hero Arts stamp titled Olde French Writing on the paper in Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink. The twill has been rubbed with the same distress ink.
