I didn't get to do the IC yesterday - we were at a funeral, leaving here at quarter to six in the morning and getting home after eight in the evening. So I just had about time to look at the photo Anne posted up for us, and to think -Basic Grey Eva.
So now that I have a bit less exhaustion and slightly more creativity going on than earlier in the day, here's my simple IC card for this week. Thanks for such a lovely picture, Anne. I'll admit my first thought was to do something with windows, but I'm tired to carry if off. Plenty of inspiration in the photo .
The A2 base was covered with some of the Basic Grey Eva. The next layer is a half-inch smaller, cut into quarters and with the corners punched. I layered it on to the base, and then made holes with a piercer and threaded silver cord round in a lozenge shape. The image is from Pink Cat Studio, from the Shabby Chic set. I stamped it with Rangers Archival Black onto watercolour paper and coloured with H2Os, taking the colours from the vase on the table. It's layered onto some more paper from the Eva pad.
Bling in the corners, and that was it...

oh, your card is beautiful, Sabrina! And even though you had other commitments on Saturday, all that thinking made for a stunning card. And you are so right on the EVA papers!
