I didn't have a foil pie pan or anything, so I cut up a pop can and used it. It was very easy to cut with my scissors and I do like the results. I used my paper piercing tool in the center of the flower.

Wow... this looks awesome!!! The pop can looks so shiny and pretty!! Haven't tried the metal dry embossing, but, your card makes me think I should give it a try sometime!

Are you telling me you cut up a soda pop can(ie Coke) to make this awesome card??!!! That is so cool!!! How did you get it to lay flat?? Were the edges sharp? Were you afraid of getting cut? How did you adhere the metal to the card? It is amazing the things you can use to stamp on!!!! Great job!!!

Yep, I cut up a soda pop can. I just kind of worked with it to get it to lay flat. The edges are sharp, but not horribly terribly bad. I turned the top of the flower and the bottom of the flower piece under, but it wasn't really that bad, so I left the rest of them. The corners are a wee bit sharp, so take care. But, klutz that I am, I didn't cut myself, so it can't be that bad. Probably not for children! I used dimensionals to adhere it. Give it a try!

I love your soda can dry metal embossing. I was going to use a pie plate, but think I have changed my mind. Love everything about your card. Great job! Nancy
