This card was made for today's Featured Stamper Challenge. Congratulation Sparkle on being chosen for this week's challenge! You gallery rocks! Here's the card I cased:
I stayed with the love theme, though mine is a wedding card instead of a Valentine card. I loved the colors she used but decided to go with silver and white on my card. I kept the basic layout, but switched the greeting to the other side of the card and used flowers instead of buttons as accents.
For the bride's gown, I stamped the image and painted the skirt area with lumiere paint and then cut out the skirt and embossed it with the textile folder. I know this was an idea I saw here on SCS, but I don't know who to credit. I added glitter to the veil and popped up the flower bouquet.
I chose PTI White CS for this project because it is a 110# cardstock and makes a great base card when there are no other cardstock layers to help support the card.
