A 60th Anniversary card for family friends using Patty Bennett's beautiful watercolor technique. Patty has another wonderful tutorial featuring this technique, which she learned at the SU Seattle Regionals. Her tutorials are a must see!
Watercolor tutorial: http://pattystamps.com/pattys_stampi...-tutorial.html
I EB the roses with white craft ink and clear EB powder onto Shimmery White CS. W. White does not work. Can use watercolor paper too. I then sprayed the paper with water and dabbed Regal Rose, Pretty in Pink and Summer Sun onto the image. Does not matter if the ink spreads beyond the image as you then cut it out with your papersnips (a must have). Let the images dry (30 mins) and then finish your card.
I textured the barely banana CS with the new SU texturz plate. I like these plates as you can stamp right over the textured CS.
I love how my card turned out and hope you do too. TFL
Thanks Patty for another awesome tutorial :-)

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
