I had so much fun with this one. I played around with the layers, stitching and those always fun dew drops. When I saw this paper I just had to get it and use it with Charliene. To tie in the colors with the paper I put the dots on her boots, umbrella and duckie using a thin brown pen and a ruler. I like the result. I spotlighted her boots to go with the theme of the paper.
After I tied the ribbon, I wasn't sure what to do with it, then I saw it droop down and I went with that and decided to keep the ends long and stitch them in. Cool. Isn't it fun discovering new things just by chance as you create? Happens to me all the time, and good thing it does. Hee Hee.

Cute, Lisa! I can't believe how you drew all the dots on the umbrella, duck and boots. It looks just like you paper pieced it. Love all the dew drop rain drops. Too cute. So, hand stitching?? Really? Your description says needle, so I guess that is what you did! Wow, you are one patient girl. Love how you stitched the ribbon ends onto the card. So colorful and fun!

Lisa this is simply adorable! Love the spotted boots and duckie. Great dp. The umbrella looks dimensional with the glaze on it. Love how you just went with the droopy ribbon and sewing it in. Way cool. Love your card. Great inspiration here. TFS :0)
