For the Featured Stamper Challenge we had to pick from the wonderful gallery of Wattle and I chose this card as my inspiration:FS96 Sage Butterfly by Wattle at Splitcoaststampers
I used postively pink as the base. I layered with DCWV textured olive adhesive dp. I used my SU mat stack for the piercing with my tool. I layered with GP white cs and ran the CB Swiss Dot folder. I then used the border punch on the same DCWV textured olive adhesive dp. I layered with a piece of Heidi Grace dp and postively pink cs. I used the CB circle die cut for the circle underneath the olive dp. I used a small circle punch on GP white cs and stamped the words "friends" with black stazon. I used a medium circle punch on postively cs and again punched out a circle with the small circle punch on GP white cs. I used my piercing tool around the pink circle and used a 3D square for the raised look. I stamped the ladybug with black stazon and colored with a pink Bic It Marker. I then cut the ladybug out and used a 3D square to make it pop out. I then added tiny googlie eyes for the finishing touch. I added 3 self stick rhinestones to the opposite sides. Thanks for a great challenge. Excuse the small black smuge on the bottom.
Things I changed: Flipped the layout, image, dp, border punch
I just got off the phone with my twin (okstamper) at 3:00am her time as she was uploading her card too. I'm beginning to take after my sister by staying up late, only on the weekends though.
