okay, Jen...this was fun and I got to use some of that bright neon green and pink! Come have a look.

I thought of the searchlights in the night sky and took it from there. My strips are cut from neon green paper and placed at random widths on Brazzill black linen textured paper. The neon pink star is from an unmounted set (Purple Onion Designs). The very young Frank Sinatra is a VIVA LAS VEGAS image (hey, do I get extra credit for that?!!!) inked on GP with ColorBox black and embossed with clear ep. I popped him above the spotlights. The rendezvous epoxied sticker finishes my card. I attached all with hot pink staples!

Love how you used the strips of paper to make search light beams. I vote you get extra for the VIVA LAS VEGAS stamp. TFS
