The image panel is stamped on Neenah Solar WHITE, colored with copic markers then sponged with a mixture of fluid chalk inks (ColorBox (sunset). The back ground was created on glossy WHITE. Jumbo wheel(So Swirly) with Versamark, heat embossed with SU WHITE detail embossing powder, sponged with the Fluid chalk ink pads in a random order then rubbed in with a clean sponge and repeated until I liked it. The piece was then cut into 1 X 4 strips and attached to a 1/2 sheet of whisper WHITE cardstock....I think I got all the WHITE in there.
