 | | Well goodness, this card isn't where I thought I was going with today's sketch. I think I'll have to try again when I have time. I liked the sketch, I just don't know what happened.
The paper is all Basic Grey Mellow, except for the green square which is Bazzill. I added stitching lines around the wine base and each of the patterned panels. The brown layer under the green square is edged with Stickles. The chipboard was primed with gesso and then wiped with ColorBox Pigment Sky Blue and embossed with clear EP. I tied a knot in some wine grosgrain ribbon and put that in the centre. Then the whole flower had to be popped up on foam to accommodate the ribbon. For the top I tried using some hardware that I never really know how to use. I tied more of the wine ribbon through it and attached an alphabet charm. It was black, so first of all I inked it with white ink and white EP, and then orange and clear EP so that it would fit better with the colours on the card. Now I need to find an *R* to send it to...
