Well ladies, I brought cake, Strawberry Champagne cake to be exact. It is yummy. The first time I tasted this tender morsel was at my SIL's wedding. It's a tradition in the Mexican family. And a good one I say. Hope you are not all full of cupcakes to try my cake. Also, excuse that there is one piece missing. I just could not help myself.
My inspiration came from "Slice of Cake Card" pg 57 of Paper Crafts March 2008 Magazine. I've been wanting to make this card for awhile. Cindy's teapot gave the opportunity. I made changes to make it my own of course. TFL

Oh my goodness. You rocked this one girl. I love it. I want the recipe. It sounds divine. Love the stitching. What a fat free (LOL) dessert to bring to the teaparty. Yum. Your stitching is amazing. I am loving this. Did I say I love this..It is my nieces birthday. I may have to give this a try. I have that magazine and never even noticed this card.

Lisa what a beautiful slice of cake you made, I want it all. LOL
I will have to look for that cake and sit next to it, I mean look for you and sit next to you and talk and chat and eat a piece of that cake too. Wow, I love your sewing too. Beautiful choice of color for the flower, look at that it's blue, in my favorite color you know. Perfect for the day! Always nice to see you and so glad you shared your cake, I mean your card. I'm hopeless at being on my best behavior! Please love me no matter what! TFS and Snort!
