Remember Ivory, plain and simple 99.9% pure. That's what I had in mind for my mother's Mothers Day card. Lovely colors, Emily for the CC215. I used them with a light hand. Come have a look!
Isn't going grey the new neutral? I love how it seems to work with everything. I decided to use it as my card base. And SU's retired Mother and Child stamped on GP white with Palette Charcoal Grey. The sentiment is inked with TH di aged mahogany and light embossed. The ovals were cut with nestabilities, Pink Pirouette underneath with using the petite scallop. I added a tiny glittery heart from Making Memories. And the fussy ribbon with picot edging. Now I could have used a pretty background stamp, distressed or torn the edges, but in the end, freshness, like a child fresh from God, kept calling me...pure!

Susan, that is so awesome! I love how the ribbon looks like it could be on a hat on her head! (Maybe you didn't envision that, but that is a cool thing I see!) What a delightful card!
