It's Monday and time, again, for another CCEE (Cheers and Challenges Eager Eight) challenge! This week is our Catchy Name Featured Stamper (CNFS) challenge where we select someone on SCS that has a catchy user name and we make our card around that name. This month it was Cindy Haffner's turn to select someone and she chose Scrapgirrl. Our instructions were to make a card with a girl made out of scraps.
I paper pieced Tilda's dress, stockings, and the envelope she's holding out of SU dp scraps. The bg panels are also scraps.

Oh my goodness, CHARLENE!! This is awesome! I just hopped over to the CCEE blog and this just jumped off the screen with all the bright colors and BEAUTIFUL coloring. I love this card!!
