Blooming Birthday - LSC214

I am not feeling good at all today, so I took my first sick day from my company (which I've been at for over 3 years). I got tired of sleeping and watching TV, so I took a break to make a card.

The rules for today's challenge were:

* 1 color of card stock - Regal Rose
* 2 patterned papers - from the Sweet Always DSP
* 3 embellishments - Regal Rose Grosgrain Ribbon, Glitter, Dew Drops

The image panel is raised using regular size Pop Dots (which are 1/8" thick), and the sentiment is raised using mini pop dots (which are 1/16" thick). Both the image panel and sentiment oval are sponged with Pumpkin Pie.

Also, not sure if it's just my computer, but the flowers and candles on the cake are covered with glitter.
