This is my combo for the sketch and for the DDIC. What's a DDIC? The Divine Divas Inspiration Challenge! And this is our first challenge! We would love for y'all to play along. More info on the challenge here Divine Divas DDIC.
The background is embossing resist. I stamped the vines and butterflies (Inkadinkado) w/ Versamark and embossed w/ pastel pink ep. Then I applied a few different brown inks to the bg and filled in the little areas inside the images w/ a chocolate brown marker.
I stamped the vine again, this time on Pink Pirouette, and embossed w/ chocolate brown ep. I added a big flower (Autumn Leaves) and a couple of smaller ones (Purple Onion) then traced around my image using a large Nestie rectangle. I did my Out of the Box Nestie Technique tech to cut this panel. I used a pale pink marker to add a slight shadow around my image and added a chocolate brown brad in the upper left corner.
The sentiment (Inkadinkado) was also embossed and cut w/ an oval Nestie. I used a scallop oval Nestie on a piece of the emboss resist bg for the layer behind the sentiment. The top panel was bugged w/ the Cuttlebug Swiss Dot folder on a piece of Pretty in Pink. I added a small ribbon tag on the side and a piece of the ribbon over the seam of the Swiss Dot panel and the bg.

So pretty, Julie! I love the pink and brown combo for this challenge. Your attention to detail and embossing are just amazing! I love the combination of the CB dots, the ribbon, and all the pretty flowers.
