I tried this for the first time today. I used scrap, one sided paper thinking it would be my "test" flower. However, it turned out good enough to keep, I thought (not to say I can't get better)...
I put a dahlia flower made with 1 1/4 inch circles in the middle of a dahlia flower made with 2 inch circles.
I love this technique and will be experimenting with buds and scalloped edges etc. What fun!
