The challenge today was a colour challenge - to use pretty in pink, kiwi kiss and baha breeze. What a lovely colour combo!
These colours made me think cupcakes and I needed to make some birthday cards for a swap I am in that is due next week so this is the card I'm going to do for the swap. Just 5 more to make now that my prototype is finished! Yay!!!
I cut out 3 paisley pieces from white with my nesties and stamped/masked stamped the bears. The cupcake is a huggabug stamp that I only partially inked and then I drew in the cherry on top.
I masked everybody off and sponged in the background colours, drawing in my sklyline. Next i coloured the cupcake and bears.
I sponged the other two paisley pieces with pink and baha breezes. I used the twinklie stamp from ketto for the BG and then layered and mounted it all up, added a ribbon and the sparklie brads and handwrote my sentiment (and I think I spelled it all correctly this time!). Lastly I sponged the card base (blue on top and green on bottom) and added my colour coordinated dots.
Hope you like my little happy panda beary pretty birthday card. Thanks for looking and thanks for any comments.

Another creative wonder. I love all the elements you mix to create your original art, Lori. I'm back from a week in Florida and am concentrating on getting my NY gathering stuff done.
