I found a great sketch from Mojo which I loved and wanted to try.
I tried a technique with rubbing alcohol, reinkers and glossy paper. I forget the name of it. I embossed the flower and saying in black. The edge of the flower is highlighted with white gel pen to make it stand out a bit. I also watercolored the flower in red.
The bottom scallops are made by the Big Shot Birds & Blooms die cut. I cut them in half and lined them up along the bottom edge.

Wow this is so nice, it shouted at me to click it lol. I love the black white and red. The technique turned out really nice, I like that flowers embossed.
