For the monthly DD (current and alumni) challenge to case the oldest card in your gallery. Here's mine: Cool Kitty from Feb 2005 Apparently, I really liked that cat stamp. (Isn't that a lovely scan? Crisp and clear. lol) It's kind of freaky going back and looking at what you've done four years ago.
We were to make at least three subtle changes. I kept the same basic layout and the buttons but changed the stamps, added some matting, raised a couple of panels, substituted patterned paper for the background and popped up a couple of elements within the stamped image (the bows on the bottom two packages).
This was really fun. Thanks, Holly, for the challenge!

Absolutely darling, Michele -- great paper and that chick is adorable! Looks like we both had that "out of the box" thing going on today! Great remake (and I agree, scary looking back thru our galleries)!

Ack! Michele, I love this! So bright, fun and pretty!!! The buttons are an awesome embellishment and that is some of my fave paper that I've been hoarding ;)
Fantastic re-make!
Michele, I adore this project and that kitty image. YOur coloring is wonderful and yes..........your camera caught so much more wonderful color and detail than the scanner did on your original. Didn't we all suffer from that issue. I wish I could blame the scanner for my terrible layout as well.
