I thought the big rose from Fifth Avenue Floral would be a good candidate for breaking up into smaller squares. I used my square punch but should have just used my paper trimmer to do the squares as it was hard to line up the individual pieces and I'm a bit lopsided. I like the look, just need to tweak the execution. I used watercolor crayons & a blender pen to color the flower. The sentiment is stamped on a scrap of vellum and held down with brads. I like this combination of chocolate chip & tempting turquoise...it's kind of retro with this set.
