This card uses two techniques; one is freehand dry embossing and the other is Twinkling H2o's. To freehand dry emboss, stamp your image. Then color in as desired. Put your cardstock on top of a mouse pad, then run your stylus around the outside lines of the image. Turn over and use the large tip of your stylus to reverse emboss the images from the back side. Twinkling H2O's are a special iridescent paint...Stampin' Up! does not sell them (alas!)

This is an elegant card. I just had to try it out. I did one with Twinkling H2o's and one with pearlex mixed into liquid hair spray which I "painted" over pastels. They look identical to me so maybe SU has solved the alas after all. Without your example I would never have tried this. Thanks so much.
