I made this card using the Athena art glass vase as the inspiration. The colors in the vase are so beautiful and vibrant and I had just the the paper in a new DCWV spring paper pack I picked up at Joann"s at half price a couple days ago. I made the little windmill thingies (I can't remember what those things are called) so that they are able to spin. I did realize after I had taken the pic that I used two different color brads - too lazy (and tired) to redo at this point. Pretend you don't notice. The tutorial on how to make the spinning "pinwheels" (thanks everyone) is on my blog. It is titled Slider/rolling/spinning cards. It starts by showing how to do a slider card but scroll down and you will see how I modified it to do the pinwheels. http://paperrocksscissors.blogspot.com/.

OMGosh, what an outstanding card! And I just placed a Joann order, saw this stack on sale, and passed it up! (Bad move, this dp is awesome.) Your pinwheels are so fab, gotta learn how to maked those!
