Today's challenge was to create a card that had a bug on it. I used tempting turquoise for the base of card using the swirl flower cb folder. I didn't have the scallop punch, so I cut summer sun cs w/scallop scissors around the white circle, put real red dots on the bumps of the summer sun cs. I stamped the
image with basic black and colored the flowers with temp turquoise and summer fun markers. The stems are colored with a mellow moss marker. The ladybug is colored with a real red marker. The turquoise flower has a has a bling brad for the center and the other flower has a speckled yellow button for the center. I then stamped an image and attached an oval hardware. The red ribbon w/white dots are on there using my favorite, tacky tape. I thought it needed something else, so I added 2 small flowers and red mini brads for the centers. The image is attached w/ a 3D square and tiny flowers are attached w/ 3D dots.
I couldn't get the lighting right, hopefully it's ok.
