This group of ATCÂ’s and folder were made for both the Mothers and Daughters weekly card challenge as well as for an ATC swap with a May Pole theme. With a May Pole theme, but better thing to make than a May Pole and thatÂ’s what I did.
The MDC challenge was to create a border for card or project. I made a floral spray on white lace that I cut from one of the rows of lace from SEIÂ’s Petticoat Lace Card Stock. I edged the bottom of the ATCÂ’s with the same lace. The flowers were stamped, painted with Iridescent Medium (watercolor), and cut out and glued on the cards and folder border.
I got the inspiration for the folio card holder from this weekÂ’s Try a New Technique Challenge TLC211. I modeled the basic shape of the inside after this tutorial but added a cover.

Not an easy theme, well done! I love the colors, the "shape" of your ribbons and choice number of flowers, and the little lace at that bottom... this is really cute!
