When you open it, she is really dangling in the middle!
I colored her with Copics on PTI paper. She has an orange skirt because it originally matched the polka dot paper I was going to use, but then I saw this Heidi Grace paper which looked so "night sky" to me!
I used nesties to cut the circle & scallops, and punched a hole in the pink to tie the floss through. The floss is then threaded through the MS heart border on the inside.
And of course I had to use the tiny MS hearts from the border on each of the scallops because I'm obsessed with those little hearts!!
