Sorry hun,i was too lazy to get off my bum and look at the proper name for it. It's called glossy accents and is made by ranger .It's a liquid with a fine nozzle, it looks cloudy when you put it on but it dries clear.

I love the card and the colors. It is striking. Just an FYI, it is a four leaf clover, not a shamrock. Shamrocks have three leaves, which is why St Patrick used it to convert the Irish people to christianity. Each leaf stands for one part of the Holy Trinity - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Many non-Irish do not know the difference.
