I created this for a friend that just became a grandmother for the 2nd time. This is an added blessing because her DIL went through a medical experience where more grandchildren seemed out of the picture.
I realize this is real basic, no thrills card. Do you have suggestions on how to enhance it (i.e. shaky lines, embellishments, etc.)?

I LOVE the checkerboard you created with the dry embossing. The only thing I can think of is to add a diaper pin or two tied with a matching ribbon. That would give the card some depth (3-D), but I like the clean and simple look. So don't do too much

I like the quilt blocks idea above, maybe with various pastels and arrange the pins and welcome baby in diagonal rows, or around the world design (can you tell I'm a quilter...). I have suggested to SU to come out with some quilt designs ~ I always forget to get out my "little" stamp sets ~ TFS this very creative concept!
