I made this one for the limited supply challenge – limited time ... I came up with this one fairly quick. I had a sketch I wanted to use, from Card Patterns. Seriously, less than 30 minutes from start to finish clean up and take the photo. Perfect for me ‘cause I need to get to bed on time ...
I made this for my hubby who's in Grand Rapids attending seminary (miles and miles from me). Hopefully he'll like it!
*ETA* I used the wide oval punch to create my main image out of both the white and chocolate. I didn't do any trimming either! What I did was simply punch two of the chocolate chip ovals. I cut both ovals in half (opposite from each other; cut one horizontally and the other vertically in half) and then carefully added them, one piece at a time while adding that extra edge. By cutting the punched pieces in half, it allows you to add that extra border around the edge. Kind of "fauxing" a wider wide oval!
