Inside photo of my version of a spiral pop-up card. I learned the technique from Corinne Somerville's version of her butterfly card. It's such a fun birthday card I'm sending to my sister-in-law whose favorite colors are yellow and green!

Nice card, love the pop up. Do you have directions to share?
email me if you can please.
I just found the technique here on SCS How do you cut the spiral so neatley?
I am afraid mine will be jagged, quess I will just have to try it.
I really like this birthday set. TFS

Thank you for your compliments! I first used a really sharp scissors, but that gave the circle cut out a more jagged effect, which I didn't like. So I used a less sharp pair of scissors, and that worked great. Also, I pasted the inside into the inside of the card ONLY after cutting out the circle and applying my circle. That way you can make sure your pop-up design will spring up, instead of down before having it permanently enclosed in the card (with my first attempt, the balloons were in a more down position). I think the key was to put the center of the circle on the top, and the end cut of the circle on the bottom. Have fun!
