Quick follow up to yesterday's story. I wondered why DH was so eager to come help me with my car problem. Seems he thought I was in the *family* car, which he was going to need to go snowboarding! Ah-Ha.......no mister nice guy here! All kidding aside, he really is a *good* guy. Might complain some, but he always comes through. And he is up snowboarding today. Wanted to catch the last of the good snow. I hope he's having a blast. .......on to my card........
I went to PlumPurdy.com and downloaded this free download image. Printed it out and colored it with prisma pencils and gamsol. Added some dots and highlights with acrylic paint. Versa marked the whole image and clear ep. Cut it out and popped it up on a larger heart shape that I sponged black.
For the bg, I had stopped at the Wal-Mart to use the facitlities happened to see this cool leaf stamp set by Martha Stewart so I bought it. Stamped one of the leaves on white cs with versa mark, clear ep. Sponged Citrus over top.
Made my ATC card, sponged edges black and added some of Faith's dots with a little extra using acrylic paints.
Put my bg on then popped up my image and wal-la! A card has been born!
Well, hope you like it.............as always, TFL :0)

Isn't it funny how those quick washroom stops at Walmart are so nice to our craft rooms?
I absolutely love that bunny. He looks totally hung over. Must be the day after Easter, all that egg laying/hiding.
I also like your background, and the colours are so lovely and vibrant.

Nutmeg, its fairly apparent that I've successfully managed to miss a lot of your creations due to Lent. Glad I came upon this one and the link to the pdf file. Already done. You've colored it to perfection. So sweet; love all the gree bg and the side dots! You had it going on that day!
