I had inked and embossed this metal sheet a few days ago and thought of making some sort of plaque with it . . . then I saw today's technique challenge and decided to make it into a ornament/card sort of thing and the Crimped Envelope Pocket Card looked like perfect way to package it. It was hard to photgraph, and the sponged gold metalic ink looks kind of, tan, not gold!

I like this, even with the colours as they show on screen. But I'll imagine the gold
My new camera I treated myself too last year offers a 1/64 strength flash option, and a 1/16 one - I find them great for showing metallics, glitter and shimmer. But sometimes I wonder why I make so many cards that are hard to take a good picture of, so you have my sympathy.
Must try embossing some metal!!
