for today’s featured stamper challenge – Kelly_H.
Her card was originally for an inspiration challenge and so after I made my original card I let her card inspire me even further.
This card came about because the colours in KellyÂ’s card inspired a dreamy feeling in me and I decided to use this horse stamp by After Midnight Art Stamps. Rather than just painting in the watercolour background I wanted there to be something more there so I masked off the foreground horse, moon and stars and then used Spiral Border (Hero Arts) and coloured on it with my Tombow makers one colour at a time and stamped each colour repeatedly around and over the main image. I then used a watercolour brush and blurred those BG images and helped them bleed together. I added a little blue and black around the edges and handwrote my sentiment (this time I spelled correctly I think). I mounted it on black and then white.
I really like how this card turned out and truly enjoyed making it. Hope you like it as much as I do.
Thanks again Kelly for such wonderful inspiration.
