Sharon Johnson No Time To Stamp issued a Cabin Fever challenge to make a card or project that brings some signs of Spring.
Today I saw the tips of my tulips poking through the earth, I was inspired to make this card...though I don't see them blooming in the garden anytime soon because more snow is on it's way tonight! Think Spring!!
