My teenage daughter recently announced she wanted to change her name. The letter is about how I feel that her unusual, but beautiful, name suits her perfectly.

That letter is beautiful. I know how she feels. I once wanted mine changed (Rachelle) for the same reason. Now that I am much older I appreciate the uncommon name. I never knew another with my name & that's just fine. At least everyone knows who I am by my name. I love being different now. Let Cecily know that she'll love hers too someday. And it does fit with her beautiful face.

Everything about this page is so wonderful. Your journaling is so poignant and the photo of your daughter is lovely. The shaped paper and your choice and arrangement of the embellishments are perfect. Just a stunning page. I hope your daughter is as moved by this page as I have been.
