Hello everyone! Hope you are having a great Wednesday! I was in a time crunch today and should not have attempted to make a card until everything else was done, but no... I thought I could pull off one real quick. I'm not sure how I feel about this one. I don't think I do primas well... maybe that's the problem. I also punched and sponged a butterfly and forgot to put it on before I took the photo but I'm too rushed to take more now! LOL!
So... here's the quick deets and I will be back tonight after church to view and make comments! I used DP from K& Co and also EK Success (the green) and put them on a base of GPW. Inside is my birthday sentiment for my sister. The sketch called for three little squares, so I used my nesties to cut them out of GPW. I stamped the sentiment from My Sentiments Exactly on the center one, and sponged around all three squares with Old Olive and then Always Artichoke. I added the flowers to the other two and mounted all the panels. I draped the leaf ribbon across the green panel and then mounted the squares on dimensionals. I added a ribbon at the bottom, which is tied through a punched double slot. I did make a little butterfly which will go on this as well... just no time to redo the photo! LOL!
It's not my best work... but I think my sis will still appreciate the effort... that's the great thing about people who love you.... they love your efforts even if they are not perfect!
Hope you are having a great day! I'll be back tonight to comment!

Grace, I was wondering where your butterfly was. There were so many in the gallery today. I love the dp that you used. If you can't do primas, then I know I can't, because yours look wonderful to me. I know you sister will love this card.

Your sister is going to love this, not only because it's gorgeous, but because you put the effort into it just for her. I love the background dps. It goes so well with your flowers and the whole theme of your card. I like how the vine connects the two blooms. TFS
