A colleague of mine was so excited to share the news that his wife was finally pregnant after many years of trying. I wanted to make a special congratulations card for -him- (you think making masculine birthday cards are tough!!) and was excited to remember that I had this stamp from Lockhart Stamp. I used copics to color the image and though it's hard to tell from the picture - spica glitter pens on the jar of pickles, the baby socks and the ice cream sundae dish. White liquid applique to create the whipped cream. Sentiment stamp is from the anniversary set by Papertrey Ink. Cardstock is Cougar 130# ! Although I like the way the Cuttlebug embossed it (used the 'baby' set that comes with cutout words) I'm not sure I like how it folded - crackled a bit. I may have folded in against the grain too. Inside sentiment stamp is again from DRS Designs. I just love this company for their text stamps!
