I just love the inspiration photo for this challenge.
The only stamp I could find with an umbrella was a little duck, and although it is a really cute stamp, it is a small image and I didn't think it would work well with the challenge.
Then I remembered this Easter set that I got last year that had the little girls with their umbrellas and just had to ink them up.
Because it is a photo type stamp, I stamped it in versamark then in VersaFine black and then embossed the image with clear embossing powder (since I already had this out for Mondays challenge from Lynn).
After embossing, I colored in the girls and bunnies with my Bic markers.
For the paper, I used the gray pattern paper because it reminded me of falling rain, then I added a strip of blue "water puddle" paper that I had in my scrap pile. This piece was too blue and didn't look good to me, so I added a torn strip of vellum over the top of it to soften the look but still have the puddles under the girls feet. I attached the vellum with a couple silver brads and then stamped the sentiment onto the top of it.
hope the photo shows up ok, since it is overcast here today.
