SgtStampers inspired gift tag

I needed a gift tag to go with a thank you gift for the surgeon that did the surgery on my dog in January! I have already procrastinated for two weeks - I needed to get this done today! So I looked to SgtStampers gallery to get me started and it worked. Here is my tag and this was the inspiration
