This card was made with a stamp set from Firecracker Designs called Swan Song. The flowers are SU!'s retired Toile Blossoms, which I can't imagine ever letting go. I love the way these two sets coordinated. I think the poem would be wonderful for a sympathy card. Thank you for looking!

WOW......this is sooooooo beautiful! I immediately thought of one of Nicholas Sparks' books....can't remember the name, but the sequel to the Notebook. In it, his departed wife watches over him as a swan......very lovely book. You card is just as lovely! Very serene and touching! I really love it! TFS!!!!
