I seem to always make Clean and Simple (CAS) cards. Now there is a challenge for us plain folk! See here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I'm not saying that I don't aspire to be able to make those fancier cards. I'm just not there yet
Also since I'm still fairly new to all of this, I didn't have any true dark blue CS to make the stars with so I used what I had. Also, I would have used so saffron DP if I had it instead of the apricot. Trying to be a truest, I guess Stars are freehand cut (can't you tell?
Per the challenge, here is my inspiration: (Sometimes you have to click on this link two times for the inspiration to come up. The first time sometimes only takes you to the joann's main site. I don't know why. If its a problem on my end, someone please let me know so I can fix it.) http://www.joann.com/joann/shop/shop...2/360926_p.jpg

This is GREAT! Don't worry much about the rules, LOL! Your card is clean and simple, doesn't use a bunch of product or lots of tools, and is just cute as a button! I'd say that's fab!

Free hand cut is good - adds to the folksiness and hand made appeal! This is lovely, has a very warm and cosy quality to it, perfect for welcoming a little one!
